So hey. Look at that. These guys keep making hits. I get to master them. That’s fun.
Have a great day. Maybe some ice cream or pizza. It’s Friday. Go nuts.
The new Bronze Radio Return album “Up, On & Over” came out last week. (Available at iTunes, right heah) I was up to my eyeballs in other stuff so I haven’t had a chance to blather on about it yet, shame, because it’s pretty awesome. Check this out. Straight to the Billboard Heetseaker Chart. Look at these guys. Bands can learn from these guys.
They made a little video about it. Like to see it? Here ya go.
Hey! Look! Another #1 on the Radio and Records charts. This time it’s Jason Gray’s single, “Nothing Is Wasted”, brought to us by the nicest people in the world at Centricity Music. I’ve done many, many songs for Jason, and they usually manage to stick in my head for a while. This is no exception. Check out the video and the silky smooth delivery of what sounds like the most relaxed dude on the planet.
Yeah, it’s been forever since I’ve done one of these. Time to catch up people…’cause there’s a Numero Uno position held by Spoken’s single “Through It All” on the Radio & Records Christian Rock Chart. See, that’s fun, because I mastered it, and it kinda seriously rocks. Also fun is the little app to make the little circles over there. Fancy. I know. You may also notice that For A Season are climbing the chart there too, up to 6 for 11. There’s some happy dudes. What would this post be without a complete rundown? Shorter. I know. It won’t hurt much.
On the Christian AC Radio Chart…
#4 “Redeemed” from Big Daddy Weave (Also on the CHR Chart)
#14 “Good To Be Alive” from Jason Gray – 41 weeks on that chart!
#15 “Strangely Dim” From Francesca Battistelli (This one’s on the CHR Chart too)
On the Soft AC, we’ve got Francesca AGAIN with her “Strangely Dim” at #8, and Jason Gray’s “Nothing Is Wasted” bringin’ it all home at #18. Fun times. Lots of good songs. Hope ya like ’em.
Have a great weekend everybody!
What can I tell ya. I love the heavy stuff – if it has a good melody, riff and kick drums, I’m a goner. I mastered the new album from Spoken a few months ago – it’s finally out and rocking heads off with a tidy balance of all these things. Jasen Rauch produced it. He’s pretty awesome. Ainslie Grosser mixed it. He rocks too. The first single is currently #2 on the Radio & Records Christian Rock Chart.
Here’s the video. Utilize that volume knob/slider/clicky thing you use to make rock louder. Also click on the little gear in the corner to get the HD version. YouTube swishy cymbals are no bueno.
Hey party people. Been a busy few weeks, so not so much blathering on the page here. Good times, good times. I hope you’ve missed me. If not…well. Ok.
So this is fun. Big Daddy Weave’s song “Redeemed” is a humongous hit. It’s high in the iTunes chart for….well…ever, it’s been there for months, and now they’re at #1 on the Radio & Records Christian AC Chart. That’s fun, right?!?! I figured you should know. Of course, I didn’t write the song. I can’t write a grocery list. But I sure did master that bad boy, and I gotta say…I’m pretty happy with it. Maybe you should go check it out on iTunes.
I’ve had a pretty hectic couple of weeks, filled with Christmas crooning, dance beat pounding, punk rock shredding and some earthy indie stuff occupying my days. So I’ve not been up on the charts. The time to rectify that is right…now.
It seems that Big Daddy Weave have the #4 spot on the iTunes Christian & Gospel Chart. That’s fun. This song and album have been around for a long time. Congrats to them for some nice longevity. It’s great when a song catches people so widely.

Wanna get some goodness put on your tunes? Mayhaps you should click an email thing and get some time booked. It’d be good for ya.
Hi there everybody. My computer is currently thinking on some rendering, so how about a little chart rundown, hmm?
Two new chart entries this week. First up, Holly Starr’s single, “Dont Have Love” What a great voice and mellow vibe. She’s popped up on the Radio & Records CHR Chart. She’ll surely be there for a while. The single is available on iTunes right HERE
Also, Newworldson has a new entry in the R&R AC chart. “Today” has started the climb. Let’s hope for high placement. I always do. You can check out the whole thick and rich sounding album here on iTunes – “Rebel Transmission”
So. 16 chart positions as I can find. That’ll do for this week methinks.

Also, Big Daddy Weave’s “Redeemed” is hanging out at #5 on the iTunes Christian Singles chart.
At the risk of being boring…all these songs just stay on the charts. All the time. Some are creeping up, some a ticking down just a bit…but they just stay there. Guess that’s what happens when your good songs sound good. Good songs…good engineering…good mastering….makes for radio hits that last. Dig that good stuff.

It’s time for that list…the list of stuff on the big radio charts that I’ve mastered.
Exciting, right? I KNOW!
So, what we find…Meredith Andrews has popped into the action with her single “Not For A Moment (After All)” on the AC chart. I’m sure we’ll see that climbing for a while. You can go check it out at her Soundcloud Page if you’d like to hear it. I’m sure she’d love that. Big thanks to the nice folks who use me to make them sound better. I’m a lucky dude.
Also, on the christianrock.net top 30 chart, three of the top five songs came through here. I like those numbers, and I like those rockers. They are…
On the Christian Rock National Airplay Chart – Same as last week. I’ll refresh you though. Cheers to long lasting chart positions.
